The Last Day of May

I know I haven't been a bad blogger lately, sorry It's been one of those weeks.

I tried to get back in my groove last night and decided to go ahead and do my cards for the card swap I am in with some TLC friends, hope it is OK to post them. We are suppose to make 8 cards using only one of our TLC kits. I used Urban shapes, two pieces of extra card stock, some TLC floss and our birthday phrase's

I had plenty leftovers. Love using these colors, I think they made very nice masculine cards, some are plain, some I went a little crazy. I love the one with the skull on it!!

Wordless Wednesday

Hi All,

Had a great weekend. Friday night went well, the date went off just fine, even though I didn't get to meet her. I did however get to see a picture and she is cute redhead.

Shrek sold out before Sam and I got to the window, so we went to DQ and got a sundae bowl YUMM!!! Then goofed around in Walmart till the movie was over.

Sam had a ball game Saturday morning , then the parade AHH small town fun!!

Then it was off to the big city of Norfolk to see Franklin Graham. We had a horrible time finding somewhere to park, and scope was filled to the max, so we sat outside and watched via satellite. It was actually perfect. The 10 of us finally arrived home at 11:30. I took 45 minutes, just to get out of the parking lot.

We tried for Shrek again yesterday, I almost wish it had been sold out. Can't they just make a children's movie without all the adult humor? Don't get me wrong, the movie was OK. I just think it could have been better.

All in all the weekend went fine, now Monday morning has arrived and so my week begins again.

My workshop went great last night. I got two new recruits and possible 3 more by the end of the month. I forgot how exciting it is when I get a new recruit. Other than my computer being slower than usual rendering even the simplest thing as background paper took forever. Everything went well, we had a great time. I enjoy a little middle of the week trip from my family, even if it is just to the local coffee shop! Thanks Guys!

In other news...........My son has a date tonight AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

We are meeting his new girlfriend at the movies. Sam and I are going to see Shrek 2. while he and the new girl in his life go to a different movie. He seems to really like this girl. My little boy is growing up.

Saturday morning brings a ball game at 9, parade at 11. Then me and 3 other ladies from church are taking 6 teenagers to see Franklin Graham at Scope. I have never been to seem him, it is sure to be exciting.

Don't forget about my crop from 9-4 next Saturday. The Make and take will be aFather's Day cards made from the newest Runway collection and my new cricut cartridge Opposites Attract (Thanks Shell)

Hi All,

I need wishes of Luck for tonight, I am doing my first Lifetimez Workshop. I am soooo nervous.

I am mostly worried that my stupid computer will not behave itself.

I have been playing with a lot of different types of pages. I have become totally addicted.I like challenging myself to use all the programs capabilities.

I have about 4 or 5 ladies coming.

We are meeting at a little coffee shop downtown.

It should be lots of fun.

These are just 2 of the 4 new kits.

I joined a swap using the urban kit on the left, I am suppose to make 8 cards for a swap. Hope to get started on those soon.

My mom ordered the New Hybrid Kit. Don't have a tracking date on that yet. Now I found out deactivated consultant can reenlist and get the amazing Hybrid kit, my husband is one of them. HHHMMM..... May just have to do that $360.00 worth of product for $90.0 WOW

Right now I am trying to get things ready for a big event in June. Hope to move alot of product. Mom is going to help, we always have soo much fun. Plus I think my cousin Pam is going with us this year, so my jaws are sure to hurt from all the laughing.

I can hardly wait till convention in July, It is going to be soo hot in Utah. I miss all my home girls, can't wait to see them. This blogging thing is a terriffic way to keep up with one another. I have learned so much about everyone.

Mother's Day Low Down

This is a picture of all the girls at church. The boys actually posed at Marisa's Birthday for a picture, I haven't gotten one of them together in about 8 years. Mark is on the right. Josh my nephew is on the right.

I have had the best weekend, I have lots to tell.

It started on Friday, I was off for the day and DH and I went to Williamsburg to the LPGA golf tournament. The weather was gorgeous. Walked 18 holes and boy did my calves know it on Saturday morning. We stopped and grabbed a bite to eat at a little place called Spectators.

We decided to take the ferry home. We forgot the were getting ready for the Jamestown celebration and the President. OMG I have never seen so many state troopers and armed guards in all my life. I felt scared and very safe all at the same time. grabbed a nap on the ferry and got us home by 6 o'clock.

Then Mark and I ran off to the mall to pick up some summer stuff and we scored at Pac Sun and Journey's. We had such a great time. Mark and I are so much a like that when he starts talking about something random, I somehow know what he is talking about. He is a great kid.

Saturday brought an early game for Sam and then my mom and sister came over for lunch and a movie. My sister was so sweet that she even brought me a gift. A scrapbook bracelet, so cute. I made salad with chicken and my sister brought taco salad. Then we had fruit pizza for dessert. Then we watched Because I said so...... It's a perfect mom daughter movie. Then we all went outside and surprised mom with a 20" TV with VCR & DVD. She loved it. We went fishing for a little while. Man was it hot, so we didn't fish long. Mark went home with mom to hook up her new TV so that she could enjoy it right away.

Sunday we all went to church. after church we had a little something to eat and a little time to rest That's when I got my gifts Yeah!! They children got me one of those picture frames that you load with your camera card and then it rotates them, you can even put music on the thing. I got one about 10 years ago, but you had to have a subscription. This one is way cool!. Then the best gift! I cannot believe my husband actually got this for me. I am so excited. He got me a spa session at Victoria's Day Spa!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been to a spa, this one includes lunch too. WOO HOO!!

Then went to my MIL, who I adore. I made the boys pose for a picture with there mom and then we took one of the boys and there wives with Rose. She should be so proud to have raised such great boys. I love Rose as if she were my own mom.

My Niece Marisa's 12th Birthday is today, so cake and ice cream will be eaten tonight!!

Tomorrow Mitch and I are off for a day together. We will be going to the LPGA golf tournament in Wiliamsburg. I have a friend who plays. So we always try to get up there to cheer her on. GO BRANDIE!! T-time is early early. So I will deposit the children at there assigned stops, my MIL so graciously offered to pick them up, so we are off to spend a little time together. (love that)

Last night my car decided to cause me problems, so some time today I must take it to the doctor. The driver side window is broken. Not very warm at 6:30am. I am sure it will cost no less than a fortune to get it repaired.

Hope to take Mark shopping for summer clothes, sometime this weekend. Samantha has a game at 9:00 am Saturday morning.

And of course Mother's Day is Sunday. Having my mom and sister over for lunch or dinner not sure which. Also not sure which day. LOL Then we are watching Because I said so with Diane Keaton and Mandy Moore Great Movie..........

Very busy weekend! So today is my Friday at work YEAH!!!

I have ruined my Friday

I hate to whine on my posts, but I have just ruined my Friday.

Everyone is dieting right now, which by the grace of God I have never had to do. My friend shell has lost 3 pounds (way to go Shell) well guess what? I have found them.

I had a really hard time fitting into my jeans this morning, so I thought I would weigh myself on our calibrated scales here at work. Before you say anything, I have never weighed alot except when I was pregnant, I can carry right much weight because I am 5'8" tall so I guess it is spreads out. Well it spread out alright I now weigh 150 lbs. Good Grief!!!!!

So guess what???? I am official on my first diet!! OINK! OINK!

Digi Demo

Here is the first page of my narrated LT demo CD that I made to send to potential customers or to use at events. I haven't finished it yet, I did about 3 pages of it last night. The narration is the hardest, I must have recorded the thing about 10 times.

It is almost Friday, I have nothing pressing to do this weekend, so tomorrow promises to be the start of a Great weekend. Rain or No rain!

7-Random Facts

So my blogger friend Missy was tagged for the 7 random facts and I promised I would participate, so here goes: OH and I promise not to tag anyone else.

• I am the baby of the family, I have (2) older sisters, one lives about 10 minutes away and one lives in Fallbrook California.

• When I clean out change from my wallet, I always put back one quarter, one dime, one nickel, and three pennies.

• I envy people who get their nails done every week. I only get mine done on special occasions.

• I read magazines from back to front. Not sure why, I think I am afraid I will miss something.

• I absolutely cannot live without my chapstick, I must have it all the times.

• I am very bad at math, ask my son he thinks it's funny that I cannot help him with his algebra homework.

• I recently realized that I have NO pictures of myself at any birthday I have ever had in 42 years. It is now my goal to take a picture of myself on every birthday from now on, even if I have to take it myself.
