Just a few layouts I have done in the last week or so

Quick post for Missy, Rach and Judi. The way I finally did my header was a long time of trial and error.

I did a page on my lifetimez desk top. You could probably do it in word and add photos and text.
Then pulled it into my photo editor and shrunk it so it would not be a huge header. It took a few tries.

Hope they helped a little. It's still a little fuzzy, but it's not bad

Just a few shots from the last couple days, haven't scrapped them yet, but wanted to post and let everyone know I have been so good keeping up with he challenge this year. Anyway, yesterday Samantha and I went shopping and on the way there, this is what we got behind. I had to take a picture, thank goodness we had to stop for a bridge lift. This guy has the spirit and on the 29th no less. This is a real Christmas tree he had it tied on there some how suspended in his truck AND it had lights on it. I kid you not, the thing was totally lit up. NOW THAT ' S THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT.

The other is a random shot of Sam and Bucket. Good old or should I say young Samantha always up for getting her picture taken.

We had a great time we got to the mall at 10:30 and got home at 7:00 Shew! I was tired.

So today I get a call from my friend on the right about my very old friend on the left. It seems as though he got an e-mail from classmates.com, of which is not even a member that the friend on the left is looking for me. I have been looking for her for years. We were friends when I was 12 years old, she was responsible for getting us into all kinds of trouble, I thought we would be friends forever.

Anyway, She is looking for me I was So excited, but he said the message was posted on 9-11-07.So of course I immediately went to classmates and sure enough she was looking for me the post was made sometime in 2006. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that she gets the message. We had the best times. I could tell you some stories!!

Troy is suppose to give her my e-mail and cell phone. WOO HOO........

I was so excited that I figured out how to use this digital layout download thing that I got from Rachel's blog I never thought I could do it. Here it is. I didn't even care that I use not so good pictures Yeah ME

I hope everyone has had a Great Day.
We had a long relaxing day, but it's off to work for me tomorrow.

I will try and post a few pictures tomorrow. I am hoping my sister will post a picture of the TLC poster I made for her. Not sure if that or the books I made for my sisters was my favorite to give this year.

I have typed this post three times on my new (marks old) lap top and the touch pad is way touchy.I'll post all my pictures of today tomorrow. And the challenge is almost over, only a few more days! Are you caught up?

Today is my sisters Birthday, i won't say how young, cause I can't remember! LOL

We are off to moms to celebrate tonight and then Santa comes!!

The kids are so excited.

This is another old favorite, look at our eyes, we look so excited about Christmas....I loved our silver Christmas tree, we were always having these crazy trees, but I loved them especially the white tree. We had oneof those color wheels that went round and round and made the tree change colors. The gold garland you see on the white tree, I bet you my mom stll has it!!
I don't remember too many Christmas's. Not sure why, but I am glad I have these pictures to help me remember. That is why it is so important to scrapbook, because when you can't remember the picture tells the story for you.

If you look real close you can see that we are sitting on one of those giant foot print rugs, anyone remember those? Not you Rach. Behind us you can can see that Carol got a new Sissy bar to go on the back of her banana seat.

Samantha is singing at church this morning with the childrens choir. I will try and post pics of Mitch's gift later, had to give it to him, you will see why.

I love homemade gifts at Christmas, but everyone says it's because I'm Crafty, but that's not
So. it's because you thought about the person while you were thinking it up while you were making it and while you wrapped it

The picture frame came from the dollar store I simply recovered it. That is a gift for me!

I love the paper I am using it's the same paper I used on some of my Christmas Cards it's by Flair Designs their Christmas Toile Collection II

The other thing however is a gift for my mom. I created the gift inside with Lifetimez on Line

The paper is double sided paper. I printed off direction on how to make the bow (way easy)

although wrapping a gift with double sided card stock (not so easy) so it looks kinda funny, but I like it and I know mom will.

The kids and I had a great time shopping yesterday, although some how we bought more for them then anyone else. Oh and Sam and I got our nails done! (treat for me)

All in all it was a great day, I got to go to Wednesday night service at church, something I don't normally do, because of so much going on during the week, so that was a treat for me as well.

Today I get to take my mom shopping, I have one more gift to buy for my MIL and then a little wrapping and I am done!!! My Christmas Lifetimez book I ordered for the Family should be here tomorrow or Sat, can't remember what the tracker said, TLC did as they promised and everyone so far is getting there books by Christmas. Mine was just a multiple of Christmas years assembled in one book. Can't wait to see it.

Happy Thursday everyone, wish me luck shopping with OLF today!!! I will have to explain my moms nick name one day.

Day 18 Day 19

I am off today, so it is off to the dentist for Me and Mark and then the kids and I are going to go and try to finish up the shopping we need to do. Then tomorrow shoping with mom all day and friday they are delivering Mitch's surprise present. My boss was very very very good to us this year so I thought I would splurge and get Mitch something nice. You'll have to wait and see....

I am so frustrated, last night I posted all my pages, up to yesterday and blogger gave me some sort of error. So I will try again tonight.

My DH did run a diagnostic on my computer and cleaned it up a bit. I really think it time for a new hard drive on that thing.

Anyway, I am enjoying the challenge again. I do need more pages for my album though so Judi I need that link again.

Are you done with your shopping yet? I have a few more things to get except for my husband who is extremely hard to buy for and I am done. A little wrapping and I am ready for Santa.

I'm here and still keeping up with the Challenge. I have encountered a few computer issues. Something is terrible wrong with my desk top and I have been furiously backing up my pictures. I know I know I should be doing that all along. None the less I have been doing that the last couple of nights. I can't wait for ya'll to see the Ginormous poinsettia I bought for my neighbor yesterday.

So I will be posting all my pages as soon as I can. That's alright I am getting my sons lap top after Christmas and I won't be messin with that dumb OLD desk top. YEAH!!

My pages are 6 x 12 so they are simple, but I like them.

I was so excited after I saw how many people would be participating in IZZY's photo a day challenge. It is really alot of fun, you'll see.

My schedule for December is not going as planned so far. I sold a bunch of stuff on e-bay and boy what a headache. i don't know if i'll be doing that again anytime soon. people ask some stupid stuff. Can I send you a money order ?( i specified paypal) can i meet you somewhere and pick up my stuff ?NO NO and NO!!
Then I had to schlep as shell calls it to the post office and mail it all. AAAHHHH!!!! Is it really worth all the trouble?

I was suppose to have Christmas cards sent out already (handmade by the way)

I was suppose to have a project done and in the mail to Calif.

I was suppose to have my 12 x 12 Christmas LTO album done.

I was suppose to have all gift already purchased wrapped and under the tree



I feel so out of control. My mother in law is having cataract surgery on Thursday

I am doing a craft show with mom on Thursday night .

All I want for Christmas is MORE TIME!!!! LOL
