While working extremely hard at work today I found this amazing photo site, and thought I would share it. I messed around with it, stole this photo off Lexi's site and after a few clicks I got this adorable photo. Didn't get a chance to see all it does, Working so hard (people keep walking up on me) that I will have to read up on it more later, you can save and print so that's a plus. Oh and the best part!! IT'S FREE!

I am having an All Day Crop tomorrow, so tonight finds me making pasta and chicken salad for the attendees. Also need to load my car and make sure I have all the appropriate things required to host a crop.

Samantha's last ball game is tomorrow, so I will be missing that, which I hate, but the All Star games start in June.

Sunday I have got to work in my yard, it is a mess.

I am really wanting to see this movie, I saw the preview, when Mark and I saw "I am legend" looked like it was going to be pretty good.

Kinda stupid for me to want to see it though, I didn't watch the show much, every once in awhile. I was amazed at how long it has been on? It ran from 1998 until 2004, for a total of six seasons. Can you believe it has been off the air for 4 years? What a phenomenon.

A little Saturday shopping

So Me Mark and Samantha went shopping today, Mark is growing and changing so much he is always in need of some new clothes, so we picked him up a few things. He also drove most of the way. I did really good, I mean he did really well!! LOL I hardly screamed or cried much at all! Just kidding I am getting better.

Samantha got a few new things, some shorts, shirts this adorable dress and some sun glasses that we got for buy one get one free at NY & CO. my fav. so I got the second pair!! Excuse the rollers they are for cute curls for church tomorrow.

This was my favorite, we stopped by to see Mitch at B B & B and picked up a new shower curtain, water pick and this adorable thing. It is a modern day Chia pet!Not sure what's on tap for today!

We worked the 12 hour shift!!

These fine people worked from 7 am till 7 pm, and we did our best to stay organized and happy!

They fried over 1200 pieces of chicken!!In case there of those of you out there that are wondering, why in the world would you cook that much chicken, as posted earlier (i need roes to teach me how to back post link) The women's ministry group that I am president of, does a fund raising fried chicken dinner every year. This year they decided we should do 600 plates (PEOPLE THAT'S 1200 pieces of chicken)

Let the fun begin!It was such a long day, Jack always comes and cooks vegetables and what ever else is needed, it's so it was nice to have him there all day.

I hope they all know how much I love them and appreciate all there hard work.
Usually Women's Ministry's uses the money for an outreach project, but this year because of our generosity earlier in the year, we had depleted almost all our funds, so we will save this money for future projects.

I had an amazing time this past weekend, sorry I have been so long posting, but already my week is off to a crazy start. I posted some of the cards I made. I really didn't have time to take many pictures. I was sooo sick Saturday morning, not sure was was wrong, but by around 3 I was much better and able to enjoy myself again. I watched a couple of great movies as well. If you like hilarious stupid comedy's, you must treat yourself to Mr. Woodcock. Very Funny!!

Weekend Adventure...............

I can't tell you where I am going this weekend, it will have to be a surprise when I get back. We are calling it our Adventure to the Hideout. Below is the temperature at the Hideout, so there may be a lot of inside activities. I have never been here so I am not sure what to expect. Those of you that know me, know that I like to know where I am going and everything about it. Well this trip is different. Sandy and Deb are my accomplices.

HE DID IT!!!

I am so proud of Mark, he drove a little on the way home and BOY was it scary, what a helpless feeling. Not sure who was more scared me or him!

This is where I will be today...Pray for me!!LOL

Mark is so excited about getting his learners, he is so sure that he will pass the test the first time.

It's doubtful, but I hope so for my sake anyway, because after that we will be going back as often as they will allow us until he is in possession of his learners. then I will definitely need prayer.

I can hardly believe my baby boy is old enough to drive. He is such a great kid, he is trying to decide about colleges right now, he is still not sure what he wants to be in the future.

As long as it pays for my retirement house at the beach.

I am just saying.......

Unplanned Post

I was at the grocery store first thing this morning and spotted THIS, I absolutely had to post it for Uncle Gary!

Woot Woot!

Off for the next two days with my hubby to Williamsburg.

My friend Brandie is in the LPGA ,so we always go up to Kingsmill to follow her around and hoot and holler as necessary.

I have known Brandie for about 25+ years. She is a phenomenal athlete, but certain injuries over the years have held her back. I love watching her, her best shots are the tough ones, out of the woods, or over a tree, or sometimes a bunker.

I am really looking forward to it, we have never stayed overnight and this year we are. so ya'll will have to carry on without me till Sunday. Yeah!!

I printed another picture, took off the old one and tore the edges like carol suggested then I used the blue glimmer mist and stickled her name but, couldn't find any lace, but I did find this little RAK that Shelley gave all of us at SDV and I thought Perfect! What do ya'll think now?

Opinions Please

Here is a project I have been working on . It is a canvas that I have made for this young ladies mom. She is graduating this year and this is one of her casual poses. I can't decide if I need to add something, like more embellishment or a different color(I was thinking some blue) or exactly what. So I am enlisting my friends. It was really hard to photograph it says Free Sprint on the right upper side and her name on the bottom left. You will not hurt my feelings so tell the truth, if I didn't want your opinions I would not ask. Thanks my friends

*Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I have removed the picture, because I didn't like the paint around her head. Carol suggested I tear the edges of the photo, may try that. I like the idea of some lace Rach, not sure exactly where. I may move the picture more toward the center. I was thinking maybe some blue glitter spray to give it more color. I will try to get to it this week so I can post results. Thanks Again!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!

It's NSD, as always I have good intentions of scrapping on this day, but it never seems to work out, so today I will not plan to scrap any and maybe I will get a little something done later.

We have a ball game at 1 today and then we are going to pick out something pretty (surprise) and while we are gone my house is being cleaned. Hey, wait it's sounds like Mother's Day!!!

Oh, well take it when you can get it. Hope everyone has a great day. It is sunny and Beautiful already and it's only 7:40 am.

It's May Already?

So I start changing all my calendars this morning to May, I have a large calendar on my kitchen counter, which hold all appts. practices,work schedules or any events the whole family needs to know. I rip off April glad to be done with it and the next month I see is June! WHAT!!

Can I do that??? Because as you can see from the list below May Is Slammed with STUFF to DO:

• 3 doctors appts.( not all for me)
• Founder's Day Parade
• LPGA Michelob Open at Kingsmill-(Day off with DH!!)
