Junior Miss

My niece Morgan won the title of Miss Junior Isle of Wight at the fair last year, so she had to make up a poster board of her year in pictures, so she and I made this up last night. She knew exactly what she wanted and we put it together in no time. She would not let me take her picture.She will be in the talent show tonight, last night she was not feeling good so I hope she got a good night sleep and is feeling better and will be able to sing her heart out.

Update

Wanted to get on here sooner, but I have been having computer issues.

Judi and Carol's father passed away Saturday night, It was truly a blessing that they were both there and got to see him and spend a little time with him. They find peace knowing that he is at peace and pain free now.

Mark's Adventure

Mark decided he wanted to Jet Ski this year. He and Mitch went on Monday and he enjoyed it so much he wanted to take me today, He didn't scare me at all, he only went about 25 miles and hour. l I lasted about 10 minutes before I asked to be let off. I know I am a big chicken when it comes to some things and when your son is driving you around on a very large water toy and you have no control It gets a little scary so he dropped me off and rode for an hour. He had such a great time, I waited on the beach and caught me some rays. Oh and in case you were wondering that is not me in the picture. ROTFLMAO maybe 20 years ago!

Gifts for Paisley Faith

I finally got my gift to Michele via Amanda Sue, I made these a while back and thought I would share them. I made her a clipboard so she could keep up with feedings and such.


On the left is a chipboard box that I covered and filed with the Thank U notes on the right. It was so much fun. I love having a project idea and making it specifically for a special person, even though we didn't know if it was a boy or girl. I am glad Paisley and mom are doing good. Maybe I'll get a chance to see her when we get back from vacation. Sam and I are off to the spa today to use my mother's day gift.

My weekend was busy with softball. The girls finished 3rd in the Deep Creek tournament this weekend. They played hard and we were all so proud of there team work.

Introducing!!!

Ain't he cute? He was very hard to get a picture of. He wandered up a couple weeks ago, very skinny and very fragile. He looked almost like a baby deer. We fed him, and hoped he would wander away. Snoopy does not like him, but Shug does. He will get along fine. Just another addition to the litter. Oh the name you ask....Samantha's idea. It suits him!

Sentiment less Cards

Sam and I finally went and saw Hanna Montana at the Cinema Cafe on Sunday, that is such a cute movie, I really enjoyed it.

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!

Happy Thursday

So it's the end of the week for me, I must say it has been crazy, but i have loved every minute of it and wish it was a week longer. I tell you I had the best 7 kids any VBS teacher could ask for!

I hope that they learned a little about Peter this week and I know we will all remember the theme song for VBS "The Boomerang Express" All Aboard! I have been singing all week at home, at work and I think even in my sleep. All and all I have had a great time.

Hope to get alot of scrappin time tomorrow, I need to stay home and relax and get some things done around the house, but anytime I get a whole day to scrap I am taking it!

Well, I guess I should get to work!
