This is a quick layout I did using some of my favorite pictures, I found them at work, you know the ones you always find behind the pictures in the frames at work, replaced by the next favorites at the time.

We had a great time as usual at my crop, Chris Goodman worked on a beautiful quilt.

Before &
After

A little mani and pedi and some dinner to finish off the day! She looks thrilled don't she!

When we got back to moms, I tried my wedding dress on, it was in beautiful shape after 23 years. not yellow or anything, but it didn't quite fit like it did 23 years ago, here is the reason I won't be participating in trash the dress. Thanks for making me take it out and look at it, it really is a beautiful dress.

My dress is not backless people, that is as much as I could zip it!
Thanks mom for a great day!

You could make the dress backless!! I don't even know if I could get my arms in mine. I think you could still participate.

You look FAB in your wedding gown! I LOVE seeing all the different styles!!! You still have to come along and you can still take pics with us, we won't take pics of the back of you silly!

Oh Wendy...don't trash it...Your daughter might want to wear it or have parts of it used on her own dress someday. Plus...thats from your happiest day of your life for the most part...don't do it.
I feel its disrespectful on the meaning behind it. Now if you were in a rotten divorce or something...then by all means. But I know your relationship is strong and means the world to you. Do you really want to trash something that brought you such joy? Off my soap box...going back to my corner. Just had to give my .02

Just for those of you who aren't quite clear on the "trash the dress" fad! We are NOT literally trashing our dress to the point of ripping/staining, etc. It's just a "fun" thing to do so that you can wear your dress more than once in your lifetime! I would NEVER destroy any part of my dress so that it my kids couldn't see it. Most girls who do this have their dress cleaned and preserved and they look BRAND new again! I know the "trash" part throws a lot of people off thinking that you are going to destroy the dress...NOT the case at all!

Wow, you look so cute! The dress is so pretty!!! I think it's fantastic that you could still even get in it!! Very nicely done! : )

oh, I hope you don't take that the wrong way. I just meant that so many of us cannot get back into our wedding dresses that long after the wedding. You're so thin, it's no surprise that you could get it on. ... there did that come out better? LOL!

Absolutely MAHHHVELOUS DAHHHLINK! You look beautiful! And hey - I can't zip my wedding dress either! Only you're in better shape - mine's a side zip, so I'd be flashing boob all over the place! LOL!!!

Maybe I should have made it all out of elastic or spandex or soemthing so it would still fit me, LOL!

I would have never known that it's not a backless dress. It looks great!! You should still participate, pictures of the front only!
