Mark started behind the wheel yesterday and will be taking direction from someone he can not holler at when she tells him to stop or slow down or turn here. I would love to be in that car. I know he will do great, he is so excited about driving on his own.
We will be giving him our 2007 Toyota Corolla to drive, I hope he appreciates the car and is careful.

I need some mom advice on rules for when he leaves for the first time by himself. I know no texting or talking on his cell while driving, anything else?

I can't give any advise yet...Buddy has to wait until July 27th to try for his license. His birthday is on July 25th but since it is a Saturday, he has to wait til Monday to take the test. I am ready but I am not at the same time....crazy isn't it?
Limit the amount of PEOPLE/Friends in the car. Obey ALL LAWS! Keep radio at a reasonable level so he can hear the police pulling him over for not obeying the laws! LOL hahaha Oh man...I'll be in your shoes sooner than I think and it freaks me out too. PRAY!
