I went to an MM event where they were demo'ing the Slice. It has its pros and cons... personally I'm going to stick with my Cricut because it has more features and a lot more die cut options on the cartridge. The only thing that really truly appealed to me about the Slice was the size/portability.
I have both and I guess the best thing is the portability of the slice and you can charge it and use it cordless and they have a few different smaller fonts and birds I like alot:) I really like having both:) Cecile

If that's the Cricut Expression, I saw a program on them...very neat!!
My friend Cecile has both of these. I think she got her Slice for Christmas. Since she has both, she could probably give you a good comparison.
Her link is on my blog if you would like to leave a comment for her and ask.

I hadn't seen that...explain!!! I'm sure it's a cool tool! They always come out with something better than what you have so quickly...LOL!
leave the slice alone that is my next big thing, I sure would love one to maybe my big thing at SDV.lol mmmmmmmmmmmmm
I haven't heard anything about the slice. Look out OLF is alive again. LOL
I have not seen a lot of stuff said about the Slice - but I know the Cricut does a lot more. Go to this link and at the bottom are some reviews...
the ones that owned a Cricut - did not seem to think the Slice was a good replacement
