I am so Thankful

I have had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday, today is church and more decorating.  We got the entire tree up and decorated and managed to sneak in a trip to the movies to see The Blind Side.  Great Movie, Sandra Bullock was fantastic as usual.  The only picture I managed to capture later on Thanksgiving day  was a picture of some of the girls on the golf cart.  I hope that you have had a wonderful Holiday.  I also finished my Christmas cards, made a few projects and signed up for Skype so now the whole family is Skyping.  Check it out the links at the top.  Also check out Project Create, everything I make will be posted on that log from now on.

Enjoyment

I got so much done yesterday check the Create Blog for what I managed to get accomplished.  We had a great time as usual. It was only me mom and Teresa, but we decided that when two or more are gathered it's called a Crop.   Marisa and Carol joined us for a while and I managed to snap this picture without Marisa knowing. I had so much creating Mojo going on I did not want to stop.  I started with something simple and it's seem to get me warmed up for larger projects.Then I get on a roll and don't want to stop.

We are Scrappin Today

I am scrappin today with some of my Besties, but thought I would share another photo from the past.  Judi the clown, Carol mickey and of course i am that scary ghost.  Not a great picture but hilarious all the same.  My mom should be ashamed, at least Carol and Judi got K-mart costumes, what the hell have I got on?  LOL  Happy Saturday!

Random Thoughts for the Day:

 I received this e-mail form my SIL this morning and I think it deserves sharing



1. I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

3. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.

5. How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?

6. Was learning cursive really necessary?

7. Map Quest really needs to start their directions on #5. I'm pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

8. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.

9. I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.

10. Bad decisions make good stories.

11. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

12. Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don't want to have to restart my collection...again.

13. I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes - to my ten-page research paper that I swear I did not make any changes to.

14. "Do not machine wash or tumble dry" means I will never wash this thing I have-- ever.

15. I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Damn it!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What'd you do after I didn't answer, drop the phone and run away?

16. I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste.

17. I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call.

18. My 4-year old son asked me in the car the other day "What would happen if you ran over a ninja?" How the hell do I respond to that?

19. I think the freezer deserves a light as well.

20. I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet, on any given Friday or Saturday night, more kisses begin with Bud Light than with a Kay jewelry product.

I was looking for a picture on my computer for my Lifetime Story Challenge and found this picture of Carol and I ,and I knew I had to make it into a Thanksgiving card for her.  She loved it of course and we were amazed how much our girls look like us.  Poor things! lol
